[Held in Amsterdam, in the Netherlands, a Leading Dance Music Nation] DJ Sets from Awakenings ADE 2019, One of the World's Strongest Techno Festivals, Are Being Released One After Another

One of the world's foremost techno festivals and a source of Dutch pride, Awakenings, held one of its main events again this year on Wednesday, October 16 through Sunday, October 20 during ADE (Amsterdam Dance Event).

Reviewing the Event Details

Venues

This year, besides the sacred venue Gashouder, Warehouse Elementenstraat also hosted events.

This expansion really shows that “Techno and House have the greatest momentum in today's dance music”.

This is quite a tangent, but I heard many Japanese people went to ADE this year, yet very few seem to have attended Techno or House events.

What are they watching after going all the way to ADE, which is such a hurdle to reach?

And Awakenings at Gashouder is so valuable an experience that anyone going to ADE should experience it at least once in their life.

Unfortunately, when I attended in 2017 too, most Japanese attendees skipped Awakenings at Gashouder, haha.

Lineup

Once again, it feels like “Everyone you associate with performing at Awakenings!”, but in a lineup usually filled with Europeans, ANNA's inclusion is sensational.

ANNA is a truly talented DJ.

Other Notes

This year seems to feature many collaborations with techno events organized by the techno world's rising stars. There is real momentum.
