[A Quality Event] Anjunadeep 11 Release Tour Takes Place at Shibuya WOMB on Saturday, March 7, Featuring Jody Wisternoff, Lycoriscoris, and Shingo Nakamura

Anjunabeats, the label run by Above & Beyond, enjoys broad support from trance fans and progressive house fans alike.

Anjunadeep 11 Release Tour, an event featuring Anjunabeats' sub-label Anjunadeep, takes place at Shibuya WOMB on Saturday, March 7.

The main floor features Jody Wisternoff, Lycoriscoris, Shingo Nakamura and others.

The event, sounds and floor atmosphere all look set to be mature and very appealing. This is something to look forward to.

Anjunadeep Also Held a Japanese Event at ageHa Four Years Ago

At that time, ageHa's main floor featured uplifting trance, while the Water area hosted YOTTO, now a major name.

Incidentally, it had the same organizer as this event. They have excellent taste.

What Kind of DJ Is Guest Jody Winternoff?

Jody Wisternoff is a seasoned veteran.

Longtime fans will know Nick Warren, one of the star progressive house DJs of the 2000s, with whom Jody formed Way Out West.

Way Out West – Mindcircus (Gabriel & Dresden mix)

Way Out West – Killa (Orkidea Remix)

These are representative tracks, and their remixers were Gabriel & Dresden and Orkidea, who came from trance backgrounds, so WOW itself is supported by trance fans.

Way Out West hasn't been very prominent lately, and Jody has been working more with Anjunadeep labelmate James Grant.

The two sets below are from ABGT300HK in 2018, which I also attended.

James Grant & Jody Wisternoff Live at Anjunadeep Open Air: Hong Kong (Full 4K Ultra HD Set) #ABGT300

Anjunadeep 11, which gives this event its name, is also a mix with James Grant.

I'll share a recent mix too.

Lycoriscoris and Shingo Nakamura's Performances Also Deserve Attention

Here are some of their works. Both have truly wonderful sounds.

Japanese artists who can deliver high-quality sounds to the world like this are playing the main floor. So there are events bringing a good breeze to the Japanese scene too.

Lycoriscoris – Drop

Shingo Nakamura – Sapporo (Talamanca Remix)
